Lease negotiation and administration
Our leases are annual leases and have been reviewed by dedicated personnel who specializes in Landlord/Tenant Law. Leases are continuously updated to stay current with the changes in local regulations. Tenant responsibilities are clearly defined, giving us the ability to enforce lease requirements. We shall also use commercially reasonable efforts to retain existing tenant under such leases.
Furthermore, except lease negotiation and administration we undertake the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate the provision of the services required to be provided by the Client under the leases
- Handle complaints and requests from tenants and notify the Client of any major complaint made by a tenant or of any material defect in the Property
- Promptly notify the Client of any and all tenant defaults or disputes with tenants which cannot be readily resolved by us
Short-term Letting Management
Our Short-term Letting Management service takes the stress right off the owner by leaving them with nothing to do. We handle it all – the cleaning, the promotion and management of the Airbnb (and other services) profile, the screening of guests to make sure that only those that can be relied on get to stay. Because short stay property management can be time consuming, without an organisation such as ours backing you, there’s only so many properties that you’d be able to manage yourself. Day-to-day Management including repairs
Each tenant will have access to a land line and mobile telephone number for Lion Global Property Management. If there are any problems at the property, the tenant will be able to communicate with us at any time.
